Our homemade game patè is now available for at home!
We start off with a patè from roebuck: Only roebuck liver and meat, only a little bit of bacon for the taste and consistency since roebuck is very low in fat, and some spices and herbs – ready is the perfect topping for crackers such as our Swedish rosemary.crackers. Top it with some nice chutney and you have the ideal appetizer for the next happy hour!
