Coconut blossom sugar from Java
A very special project of the German Vivien Vogt on the island of Java: Coconut blossom sugar that is being harvested, sieved and cooked by hand. The sugar is like brown sugar with a very distinct taste of caramel and malt. It ist not only great for baking, but also a nice addition for hearty cooking.
We offer the sugar pure in a mini bamboo gift package, as cinnamon sugar and as curry sugar in a glass. We also have some awesome cashew nuts that were caramelised with the sugar: with cinnamon-sugar, cinnamon-cocoa-sugar and with curry-sugar.
