Patatas Bravas Sauce

Quick & easy for the Spanish cuisine: The ready-to-serve yoghurt sauce made by Laux has a nice spicy touch and is the perfect accompaniment for all kinds of potato dishes such as baked potatoes, french fries or wedges.  It’s perfect for your BBQ, for meat and vegetables, on burgers or sandwiches.

The sauce is spicy, but not hot – just right for me. A great alternative to sour cream or ketchup!
