“Diabolo sugar” from Spirit of Spice
Do you know our Diabolo sugar? If there is a product that awakens our palate from the winter sleep then it is definitely this sugar: Different spices and a little bit of chili turn an ordinary brown sugar into something really spectacular!
We dip pieces of fresh pineapple in the sugar and enjoy that with a nice glas of dry Riesling wine or a winemaker’s sparkling wine – you should really try it yourself to find out what then happens in your mouth!
You can also use the sugar to pimp your fruit salad, or pancakes, or meat…
