“Kerner wine jelly with rosemary and garlic”

A sweet Kerner white wine from our favourite wine maker Alois Kirchen in Oberemmel, fresh rosemary from our garden and a delicious organic garlic – the main ingredients for our wine jelly! It turns any kind of cheese into a special treat, whether it is a hard cheese or for example a goat’s cream cheese. Add some slices of crunchy french bread – what else could you want?
