Bitters made by Dr. Jaglas
This is going to be bitter 🙂
Usually I’m not a real big fan of bitters, but this one convinced even me! That is what I call a real digestif, because after a good meal this bitter will really tidy up your stomach. It leaves a very pleasant herb after taste in your mouth.
It was developed and is being produced by a father and daughter pharmacist duo from Wuppertal. I had the pleasure of meeting them at the gastronomy fair in Hamburg.
The bitters are available as pure artichoke and as the “Golfers Ginseng”. We will start with the small bottles in our shop, but I’m sure we will also take on the big bottles pretty soon. And as usual you can always taste the bitters prior bying them!
