Finally, on may 9th we officially opened our shop "Die GenussSchmiede"! Lots of great people, interesting conversations, beautiful flowers, gifts, good wishes...a perfect day!

At the end of April 2015 the first cooking class took place at the "GenussSchmiede". The participants asked for the subject "vegetarian fingerfood for a buffet" and, therefore, dishes such as savoury cauliflower waffles, grilled bell pepper soup with rosemary breadsticks and a green quiche were cooked.
